Mike Killory

Mike first started in the automotive industry back in 2013 when he was hired as a servicing agent for Automotive Profit Solutions (APS Delivers). Prior to joining APS Delivers he spent a few years working for NBC’s Universal Studios Resort in Orlando. There he held a variety of jobs, including Stilt Walking Entertainer and trainer for new Attraction Operation team members. Aside from learning how to provide guests with positive interactions he also learned how to properly train and educate new team members to the standards of Universal Studios. This knowledge helped Mike present an effective and fresh take on how car business professionals interact with customers. Mike, also spent his first two years with APS Delivers learning the ins and outs of the automotive industry. This included attending collectively 6 months of Allstate Dealer Services’ award winning F&I training. Since his start, he has quickly excelled his way up to Vice President of APS Delivers and is determined to continue to expand APS Delivers to new heights. With his extensive customer service background, his hands-on training techniques, and his youthful forward thinking attitude he’s committed to assist his clients create a new and modern way to treat customers and conduct business.
